Just the basics

When we opened our first studio in Topeka we were scared to death. Dennis and I had both taken this huge leap of faith. We had left corporate world, its income and insurance. It felt wonderfully independent and frightening at the same time. Our oldest son Jacob had set the ball rolling on the marketing. He had done extensive networking with doctors, nurses and clinics. The need was in Topeka; a location for Mothers to view the baby inside. Jacob and his wife Allison had just had their first child in December of 2009 and never got the chance to see little Alex in 3D before his arrival. Thats where Dennis and I came in. In September 2010, we provided the invest money to open an ultrasound studio. Fast forward one year to September 2011. Allison is managing the studio in Topeka, and Dennis and I open a second studio in Olathe, Kansas. With more space available at the Olathe studio, we incorperated 1,400 sqft of retail. Deep breath....
